|   | Summary of Role: Software Support Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join one of our software
support teams. VIP Software Support Specialists provides front line phone
support for VIP software customers. Customers contact VIP for assistance
in utilizing our software, resolving software set up issues, reporting
software failures or requesting an upgrade.
VIP has created a unique software support environment that allows Software
Support Specialists to leverage an automated work environment that
produces the highest level of customer satisfaction.
VIP Software Support Specialists are knowledgeable about the complete VIP
offering and providing consultation and training to users on best
practices with VIP software.
Successful software specialists must enjoy working with others, be a fast
learner, have excellent technical diagnostic skills, and enjoy a fast-
paced environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can
handle multiple tasks and be committed to customer satisfaction. Knowledge
of the distribution industry and business/accounting is a plus.

Main responsibilities:
Provide Pro-Active support to a group of assigned customers
Answer and respond to support requests via phone and email
Enter call activity and solutions into Call Management System
Research software issues and system configuration options
Provide customer with application training
Educate customer on VIP operational best practice use of VIP Software
Update Call Management System with customer profile information, product
licensing and contact information
Document product failures (software bugs) and coordinate resolution with
software development resources
Understand the unique system configurations and business practices for a
group of assigned customers

serves the beverage industry. Our software applications handle all
business functions for a beverage distributor including inventory
management, order processing, sales reporting and financial management.

About the Job:
We are looking for a software implementation specialist. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for successfully installing the VIP
software
system at customer sites including preparatory data conversion, hardware
set-up, training, and post-installation support. Our software technology
solutions handle all business functions of a distributorship from
processing orders, routing deliveries, tracking trucks with GPS, tracking
inventory, writing sales reports, accounting and much more. The job is
25-
50% travel. Salary range is $25K-$38K.
About the Candidate:
The candidate must be organized, resourceful, independent and a strong
communicator. They must also be able to handle multiple tasks and learn
new technologies at a fast pace. Knowledge of beverage distribution is a
plus. |

| Technical Support Analyst/Developer |
|   | Support Analysts will provide data processing and database support across
multiple Windows and iSeries servers. The successful candidate will develop
and support automated data processes and delivery tools as well as
assisting in testing software, and supporting end users.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience in computer programming and systems/database analysis. Must have
strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as good
interpersonal communication skills. Must be willing and eager to try new
technologies, be able to work independently or as part of a team, exercise
good judgment, and respond to rapidly changing demands. Experience with the
following desirable: Shell scripting, JavaScript, Java, NET(or C++), SQL,
